Sacraments

Jesus instituted, or established, special means which give us grace that God has promised, gives us a power which makes us strong despite our weakness. The Catholic Church calls these means of grace the seven sacraments. They are Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Matrimony, and Holy Orders. The sacraments give us the mean to participate in the life of God and help us to live our life well.
