Rosary

We honor Mary in a special way because she was chosen to be the mother of Jesus. The rosary is a very popular method of prayer in which we call on Mary as we ponder the various events in Jesus' life. The rosary is over a thousand years old, consists of a crucifix and series of connected beads upon which a person recites in repetitious fashion the Creed, Lord's Prayer, Hail Mary, and Glory be.
