Divine Chaplet

The Divine Chaplet comes to us through the spirituality of St. Faustina whose accent was the great mercy, love, and compassion of God. The five decades of the rosary are used in this form of prayer. Begin with the sign of the cross, one Our Father, and the Apostles Creed. As one proceeds to each decade pray the following on the Our Father bead: Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

Follow this prayer saying on the ten Hail Mary Beads: For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

At the conclusion of all five decades pray three times: Holy God, Holy Might One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
